BILL NYE THE SCIENCE GUY!

My class and I watched a movie called Bill Nye the science guy.
Hey! Did you know that your heart is a muscle? And you we breathe millions of molecules in one berth? I didn’t know that till now. Also mucous keeps your lungs healthy and clean. Your heart is as big as your fist! Your heart pumps blood none stop every day all night every where you go. When your leg fall’s a sleep that means that you put pressure on it.
Also that there is 5liters of blood in your body! WOW! I learned a lot in two videos!

The Science Centre!

The science centre is in Regina. At the Science Centre I learned more then I thought and it was bigger than I thought. It was on June.8/2009. My favorite Exhibit was Bubble, bubble! Jenna and I were trapped in a giant bubble till it POPPED! My favorite animal they had in Critters section was the Boa Constrictor! They also had an awesome I-max theater. We watched a movie about lions and it was 3d! I enjoyed the awesome play ground because it had a giant ruler and swings and a giant globe.
I enjoyed the trip!

i got ran over by a train!!!!!

Eric, Jordan, Jenna, Desiree, and I were taking pictures on a train track and Eric, Jordan, Jenna, and I were posed ready for Desiree to take a picture of us together till Jenna looked back and yelled TRAIN!!!!!!! We all screamed and ran off the train track as fast as we could. Besides Jordan he didn't. Eric screamed like a little girl! It was the best school day ever!

STOP BEING MEAN!!!!!!!!!

If you see someone getting bullied don’t stand by stand up.
If you’re a bully your self…..STOP!!!!!!!!!
And if you just watch people get bullied and you think you’re glad that’s not you than your just mean!
Bullies just think there cool but guess what? THERE NOT!!!!!!!!

horses rock!

Horses are great to have around! Horses are fun to ride, because you and your horse stay healthy and fit. Grooming’s great to keep your horse clean and also healthy. To ride and groom you need good equipment. Horses are the best!
Horseback ridings the coolest! To ride a horse it is pretty easy. To walk all you got to do is give a little cluck and kick him once. Then if you want to stop say wow, and pull back on your reins .Jogging you need to cluck twice and kick him till he goes. Horseback riding makes you stronger.
Grooming is not gross. Grooming horses is not hard but not easy. You would need just a horse brush to get all the dust off him, than lead him to a garden hoes and spay him off with warm water. Then put soap all over his body and rub it in and spray him off again. Don’t get any soap in his eyes.
Stay safe and wear equipment. To ride a horse you need safe riding equipment. You need a shirt, jeans, helmet, and riding boots. You also need equipment for washing horses. Grooming you need rubber boots, splash pants, soap, brush, sponge, and then wash him. So think smart and wear equipment.
There are more things to do than just riding horses. Horses are the best to ride. Grooming horses is a fun job to do with a friend. For riding and grooming you need safe, healthy equipment. That’s why horses are fun to look after.

Chasing cows

This weekend i was chasing cows with my dad and a cow came running straight at me and i started to scream and it stopped right infront of me and turned around and kicked out at me then she was running and bucking away from me. Now when i chase cows i jump up and down sceaming with my hands in the air saying cow! cow! cow!

My going to be awesome weekend with jenna!!!

Today I'm going to Jenna's house for a sleepover to night! Me and Jenna are going to build a fort to sleep in it, and eat Lot's of ice cream! Me and Jenna are going to try to convince Jenna's dad, Brian to go to the spa and swim. Than well go shopping at Hopla! But i got to go home Saturday than see Jenna at a bird sale on Sunday any way! So my week will be awesome!

Mae Wilson Theater

1-I think that the Mae Wilson presentation was great! I learned so much from just one little hour with Mickey and Mont the two people that thought us about the Mae Wilson Theater.

2-I liked the presentation because it was a comedy/school to me because I learned so much from them because I had to keep my ears open so I could win prizes!!!

3-My favorite part of the tour was when Mickey was in a room and started to scream than opened the door than closed it and opened it because it was sound proof!!! And when Mickey was in the box office with a granny out fit on talking threw a tiny whole!!!

4-Comedy and acting is a great way to teach kids so they don’t get board and doze off in to space.

5-The Mae Wilson Theater had four names before it was named The Mae Wilson Theater.

earth day

SAVE THE EARTH!

Earth day is held on April 22. On Earth day we went out side and picked up garbage off the ground in the school yard. We picked up garbage around the school yard so we can do a favor for the world around us.

Afganaistan

1-Mr.Park is an Canadian solder and an volunteer

2-I liked the presentation because he took pictures and showed us what the houses and streets looked like and stuff like that

3-But what I found cool was he gave a little boy a piece of paper and a pen and it was like gold to him he was so happy!

4-everyone in Afghanistan doesn’t wear shoes and don’t have clean clothes at all!!!!

5-every day some one in each family has to go to the water hole and scoop up some water that is dirty brown water that they need to boil before drinking that is totaly no safe to drink!!!

EASTER BREAK!

For the Easter break I’m going to my grandma’s house for lunch and to visit with my cousins that live in Alberta. I also am going to my other grandma’s house for supper and to visit. But before Easter day I’m going to paint Easter eggs!
I love Easter!!!!!!!!!!

Talentshow!

today is march.27/09 (Friday) and I cant wait till the talent show cause I'm going in it doing a solo to the gummy bear song. I'm doing a hip hop/jazz solo. So far it's really awesome I hope I win the contest cause if I do it will be awesome , besides my friends are going in it to so they cant vote for me they would vote for them self's (so would I).But I have my hopes up that i will win so if you want to come and wacth me it's held on April.2/09. PS:VOTE FOR ME PLEASE!

MY PLANS FOR THE WEEKEND
FRIDAY- I’m going to the eye doctor in the morning after that I’m going to the mall for lunch and going shopping before I go back home again.
SATURDAY- on Saturday I’m going to stay home and play with my dogs and just stay home.
SUNDAY- I’m going to go town and shop around town and pay bills
So that’s my plan!

Science

In science we were learning about resources. Some natural resources are water, grass, gold, oil, trees, and potash, and diamonds. Some ways I can protect the environment are not to have 20minute showers, not to leave the water run while I’m brushing my teeth, not to wash my dad’s car on grass, and not to leave the lights on in my room when I don’t need the light.

MY HORSE DESTINY!

When I go and visit my horse Destiny at the barn she sticks her head out of the stall and gives me a little whinny. I slowly walk over to her, and I feel safe like nobody can tell me what to do or like I’m in heaven riding Destiny threw the soft blue clouds. Than I touch her head, than look into her beautiful blue eyes, it makes me feel free from all my troubles I’ve had. When I take her into the riding ring I put my saddle on her, than take a moment and watch the other riders ride, they look relaxed like me. When I lop on Destiny I can taste the cool breeze blowing through my mouth into my lungs. After when I’m ready to leave I can smell the lush green hay I give to her to say “thanks for being in my life I could not make it with out you.”

My horse destiny inspires me to write story's about her. She is such an easy topic to write about i already wrote three story's about her.Miss.Johnson told me that she thought my story had tuns of power. Now I find writing story's so much more fun because of Destiny! I love Destiny.

HELP IM TRAPED IN A SUPER MODELS BODY!

The book I'm reading is called "HELP! I'm trapped in a supermodels body!" There is a guy named Jake that is hot and his friends put him in a draw to become a super model. He dose not want to but his sister and mom told him too and he won the draw so now he is going to meet a tun of girl supper models and be in a really fame magazine. I think Jake will do it cause the girl he's working with is skinny blond popular and nice.

Art

In art we had to draw someones face from a book and i already drawed out two faces from a book.But I'm working on my 3d face.Oh and soon were going to draw a picture of our self's! PS you should see miss.j awesome picture she drawed!

The Moose Jaw Tunnles

My hole class went to the Moose Jaw tunnels, and we saw a tour of AL Capone. We had so much fun from the tour we wrote a story about it from all the awesome facts that were hanging on the walls at the tunnels.

Stomp

Stomp is a dance that the class had to do in drama.What is Stomp? Stomp is a dance/act that you do but make loud noise and sounds the hole time. I was with Shannon, Jenna, Desiree, and Aleana.

And i loved it if we could do it again i would.

Our Social Play

Our Social plays are totally awesome! In my group there is Jordan, Bailie, Jacob, Chevy, and myself.We had to make a performance about Hudson bay, settlers,and how we became Canada.And we aloud are parents to see us do are social plays and i thought it was totally awesome.

Today March 5/09 Miss. O's class helped my class get a blog!Oh and some people had problems creating a blog.
